A music education environment in the form of play. The Draw section is a spectromorphology instrument. You trace a gesture on the time-frequency plane, the gesture becomes a sound object you can hear and see on a real spectrogram, and the app names it with the vocabulary of Schaeffer and Smalley (Note-Node-Noise mass, motion, dynamic shape, grain, allure), with a repertoire of archetypes and a glossary of sources.

Quizzes on three levels, all multiple choice, explore the 20th century, jazz and classical harmony in Training or timed Challenge mode, with a further section of open questions for self-assessed revision. One hundred music trivia entries complete the picture. Bilingual, works offline and without accounts, all data stays on the device.
