Multimedia artist and researcher. My artistic research focuses on electroacoustic composition, interactive systems, and immersive environments that integrate audio, video, and data in real time. I develop Progressive Web Applications as a medium for artistic research and scientific dissemination.

I teach Sound Space Design and Multimedia Performance Processes and Techniques at the Fine Arts Academy of Macerata, and Ear Training for Sound Technique at the G.B. Martini Conservatory of Bologna. I taught Interaction Design at the Fine Arts Academy of Catania (A.Y. 2025-2026). I collaborated with the University of Florence as a PNRR guidance expert (Orienta-Menti project, 2025-2026) and with the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia within the ITSERR/RESILIENCE project (PNRR, 2026).

Recent activity

Terra Viva, ESA Frascati symposium (24-25 June 2026): performance of the sonification work based on Copernicus satellite imagery and climate data, with the Master in Sonic Arts of the University of Rome Tor Vergata. Soundscape Annotation working paper (May 2026): published on Zenodo with DOI 10.5281/zenodo.20282496, together with the companion PWA Soundscape Annotation Atelier. ITSERR/RESILIENCE Superseminar (Reggio Emilia, 9-11 March 2026): From Text to Sound contribution on the sonification of sacred texts, with the Sacred Texts AI and Sacred Sound Radio Hub PWAs.

Art is not just form. It is the instrument to interrogate data, make the invisible audible, and build bridges between traditions.

Technical expertise

Advanced audiovisual programming (Max/MSP/Jitter, TouchDesigner, Processing), web development (React, TypeScript, Web Audio API), AI integration (Google Gemini), computer vision, generative algorithms and hardware/software integration for installations.
